Why we must eat more often broccoli

Used more often in our kitchen, broccoli is a vegetable with a large amount of vitamins, minerals and other beneficial substances.











 New scientific tests approved that broccoli has a large quantity of coenzyme Q10, an antioxidant substance very important in producing energy at the cells level. Coenzyme Q 10 helps in weight loss diet and prevents and cures tiredness.

  Sprouted seeds of broccoli have immunity proprieties  30 times more than broccoli it self. These seeds have a large quantity of sulforofan, an important antioxidant that sustains immunity system for  long period of time.


  Broccoli contains  vitamin B complex, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K, chromium, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium and iron in a large concentration.

  This vegetable can help in eliminate the toxins from our body, cleans the blood and helps in production of energy.

  If you have brittle nails, that exfoliates or are very fragile, you must eat more often broccoli.

  Broccoli contains a large quantity of vitamin A and it must eat it if you notice that you have on your tigh little red spots.

  It helps strengthening of the liver.

  Is useful in thyroid diseases because it contains calcium. The level of calcium is very low when liver doesn't works very well.
